All items on this site are made to order. Items will be shipped 6-12 weeks after placing your order.

Shipping

Everything in our store is handcrafted in Galicia, Spain, by the best seamstresses in the world (we truly believe this). Please understand that it takes time to create your item. We want your piece to be of the highest quality possible. Théoro is the opposite of fast fashion; it is slow, meticulously crafted, and orders are very limited. Please allow 6-12 weeks for shipping (likely sooner) after placing your order. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds. Currently, we do not offer express shipping options, but we are committed to sending your dress as quickly as possible.

International Orders

For international orders, we ship through international courier services. International shipping rates vary by country. Please note that all orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for any additional taxes and duties upon receipt. Regulations regarding import taxes and duties vary by country. We will refund the amount no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any charges for the refund.

Return Conditions

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, so if there are sizing issues after your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your dress, and we will do our best to assist you. We want you to be as happy wearing Théoro as we were making it for you; if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items were received within the last 15 days.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made items according to your specific measurements.
  • Items that are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. You must send items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actually receiving the items or proof of return delivery.
